I will never forget my first taste of real, raw honey. Until I worked at my family's Bar Bell Bee Ranch in 2009, I had only ever tasted the ubiquitous, runny, plastic bear honey that is pervasive in chain grocery stores. Ever since, I have been on a mission to spread the good work and true relationship between bees and flowers.
At Beez Kneez we never heat our honey hotter than the bees keep there hive which is around 90 degrees F. We do not add anything to our honey. it is pure and the flavor is determined by whatever flower the bees are feeding on.
