Our raw buckwheat is earthy, robust and pungent. It is a strong, dark honey that goes really well in coffee or hot toddies. It is produced from members of our Honey Collective:  Honey House Farms is a father and son beekeeping team located in northwestern MN. In addition to bees, they raise grass fed beef. Every fall they move their hives on organic buckwheat fields when it is in full bloom.
